Season Subscription Renewals
Rolling over Subscriptions from the Current Season to the next
The system allows your patron’s season subscriptions to be rolled over from the current Season to the next Season retaining their current seat numbers.
Subscriptions can be rolled over:
- individually as a Renewal (Season Ticket Transaction > Season Ticket Renewal) which enables a deposit to be paid at the time of the renewal OR
- individually as a Reservation (Season Ticket Transaction >Renew Ticket (Reserve for one Season Ticket Holder) which reserves the subscription without a deposit OR
- for all season ticket Holders (Season Ticket Transaction > Renew Season Tickets (Reserve for all Season Ticket Holders) which reserves the subscription for all season ticket holders without taking a deposit.
Essentially, this particular feature works by "extending" the current Season into a subsequent season, as follows:
Firstly ensure you have set up all required events for the new season in and that the Season Ticket event check box has been checked for each event to be included in the Season.
Also make sure that these events are included within the Season defined in Maintenance > Seasons and that this Season has been selected as the Current season.
From the main menu bar, select .
From the Seasonticket name list, select the Season Ticket you wish to extend to the next Season by highlighting the name.
Click on the Modify button.
Uncheck the Available for sale checkbox.
If you wish to change the name of the new Season Ticket, enter the new name in the Season ticket field.
Note that this will also change the name of the season that has just finished.
Click on the Save button.
Click on the Events button.
Select the next season from the Season drop down list.
To add an event, click on the New button.
From the Season Ticket – Event assignment window select the event you wish to add from the drop down list.
Click on Save/New to add extra events to the new season.
Continue selecting events for the new season, clicking on the Save/New button after each entry.
When you have finished selecting all the required events in the season, click on Save.
Click on the Activate button and then the Accept button.
In the main Season ticket maintenance window, highlight the season you are working on, click on Modify and then check the box Available for Sale, at which point the Closed column opposite the Season ticket name will change from green to red.
Click on the Save button and then click on the Accept button.
NOTE: Before selling any new Season Tickets from Season Ticket Transaction > Sales, you may need to log out and then log back in again, otherwise the new season may not be displayed in the Season drop down box in the Sell Season Ticket window.
