Season Ticket Transactions
The Season Ticket Transactions menu is where your administration or ticket sales personnel carry out all season subscription and season package ticket sales related actions via your actual or virtual box office, including phone or mail orders,
- Sell and print season subscription or season package tickets paid by cash, credit card, check etc.
- Renew a season subscription from one season to the next retaining the same seat numbers (optionally take a deposit)
- Issue refunds on season tickets previously purchased
- Print season tickets for which vouchers have been issued online
- Accept final payments where deposits have been previously paid and print tickets
- Reprint a receipt for deposits paid
- Accept reservations for season tickets (without taking a deposit)
- Reserve a season ticket for an existing customer
- Change the release date/time that reservations will be automatically released back to the system for resale if not paid for
- Sell and print previously reserved tickets or release reserved tickets back for resale
- Consign and allocate season tickets to Resellers
- Roll over all previous season subscriptions to next season as reservations, retaining same row and seat numbers
- Reprint tickets (with reason for reprint recorded)
- Release back for resale all reserved season tickets (that have not been paid)
- Print a list of customers who have purchased season tickets together with row and seat numbers
- Print to envelopes, names and addresses of customers who have purchased season tickets
- Exchange a season ticket for a ticket to a different program or event time
- Assign and print tickets purchased as season packages
- Print Will Call season tickets
