Customers
Options
Set options in recording customer data.
From the main menu bar, select
From the Customer maintenance window, click on the Options tab.
Check the Patron box if you want the customer to be included in the database for mass email and postal mail outs.
NOTE: The bulk email function at Maintenance > Customers > Email tab will ONLY send emails to customers who have specifically been checked as Patrons.
Check the Send mail box if the customer is to be included on your mailing list.
Check the Send e-mail box if the customer is to be included on your email list.
Click on the Save button when finished or the Save/New button if you are entering additional customer records in this session.
