Return Tickets
Allows you to withdraw seats from sale from an active event that have previously been generated.
The withdrawn seats will be colored white in the main browser window and will no longer be available for sale.
From the main menu bar, select
Click on the Return Tickets button near the bottom of the window. The seating chart will appear.
Click on the seat(s) on the chart to select or draw a rectangular box with your mouse around selected seats. The seats to be returned will turn yellow.
Note that the return process will not delete any seats that have already been sold or reserved and these will remain highlighted in the original colors.
Click on the OK button and a pop-up box will appear asking “Do you really want to return tickets?”
Select Yes.
A pop up box will appear saying "Number of ticket(s) returned:xx"
Click on OK.
