Network Customers
Provides access to the database of customers who have purchased tickets online.
Please note that you only have the ability to modify network customer records if the customer has specifically registered online using the Login function.
The Login function is an optional component which is installed on the web page on request.
If the Login component has been installed and you wish to modify network customer records, you firstly need to contact InterTicket customer service to set up your access to the menu item.
To locate a customer, start typing the email address of the customer in the Filter (email) box - minimum of 3 characters required. A list of customers whose email addresses start with the characters typed will appear in the panel below.
To merge any records, click on the Merge button.
Select a Customer name from left panel you wish to combine/merge with any other name and move it to middle panel by clicking on the → arrow.
Select any additional Customer name(s) you wish to associate with the first name into the middle panel by clicking on the same → arrow.
To select multiple Customer names, hold down your Ctrl key and click on the required names.
Then move the selected names to the center Selected customers panel by clicking on the → arrow.
Select the customer name you wish to use in future for the entries that will be combined/merged by clicking on the name in the center Selected customers panel. Then click on the → arrow at the right of this panel.
The Customer name to be used for the combined/merged entries in the middle panel will now appear in the Valid customer data column.
You can edit this name as required.
Click the Merge button and the records of Customers in the middle panel will be combined/merged into the record of the Valid customer data column.
Note that the newly combined entry will take the address, phone number etc. of the name you have selected to become the new Valid name.
