Discount and Gift Cards

This section enables you to set up Gift cards or Flex Passes which you offer for sale. Both of these are essentially the same thing. They are stored value cards which customers can use to purchase tickets to events.

You can:

• set the validity date of the cards - start and finish
• allow an external bar code to be entered on the card rather than a system generated barcode
• enable customers to purchase tickets with their cards as full or part payment
• enable customers to top up their card with additional credit
• amend or extend the validity date of the card
  
  

The basis difference with the gift card is that you can print a personalised message on the card if you wish.
