Season Tickets
Set up subscription series tickets or subscription packages incorporating multiple events in a season.
From the main menu bar, select
You can set up for two different types of season subscription tickets/packages.
1. A pre-defined Season Ticket subscription created with a number of specific events.
For example, an organization performing 5 plays in a year may offer a Season Ticket Subscription entitling the subscriber to attend all 5 plays at a discounted price.
You can set up as many of these predefined subscriptions as you wish by giving each subscription series a different name. Tickets for all events in the Season are issued at the time the Season Ticket is sold.
See Season Ticket Subscriptions for set up instructions.
2. A Season Package which entitles a customer to select a defined number of tickets from events within a specified time period or from a specific group of events.
The customer does not have to chose the events at the time of purchasing the Season Package.
In this case, the customer is sold a ticket with a unique barcode, whereby the customer at any time during the season can call the box office and by quoting the barcode, can be allocated the appropriate number of tickets to the event(s) they wish to attend.
The customer is not obliged to nominate which events they wish to attend from the range of events offered in that particular package at the time of initially purchasing the package ticket.
See Season Ticket Packages for set up instructions.
Tickets for both types of season subscriptions/packages can be purchased by customers online, but in each case, the customer is emailed a voucher to be exchanged at the box office for actual tickets.
If season subscriptions/packages are being sold for general admission events (rather than reserved seating events), it is necessary to set up a simple seating chart(s) for the venue(s) where the events are being held.
Please contact InterTicket customer service to set up these simple seating charts.
