Ticket Transactions
The ticket transactions menu is where your administration or ticket sales personnel carry out all single ticket sales related actions (not season tickets) via your actual or virtual box office, including phone or mail orders.
- Sell and print single tickets paid by cash, credit card, check etc.
- Issue tickets for which Vouchers have been pre-purchased through 3rd party ticket sellers
- Issue refunds on single tickets previously purchased
- Print or release back for resale tickets for which vouchers have been issued online
- Accept reservations
- Change the release date/time that reservations are automatically released back to the system for resale if not paid for
- Transfer an existing reservation to another customer
- Consign and allocate tickets to Resellers
- Sell Gift Cards with a defined stored value
- Sell Discount cards entitling purchaser to a discount on defined events or events within a defined period
- Quickly sell tickets to GA events
- Quickly sell tickets off a seating chart through your box office (cash only)
- Quickly sell tickets for exhibitions, festivals or trade shows (entry controlled by barcode only)
- Print Will Call tickets
- Reprint tickets (with reason for reprint recorded)
- Group sales tickets - record reservation, deposits paid, tickets sold or released back for resale
- Print tickets for mail out (not printed at time of sale)
