Copy Object Rights
Allows you to copy user rights which have been set for a specific user for a specific event to other nominated users and to other event(s) in the same auditorium.
For example if you had set user rights for "User A" in Maintenance > User maintenance > Rights which blocked from sale a row of seats in a performance of "Hamlet" and wanted to quickly block from sale the same seats in the same auditorium for "User B" and "User C" for a performance of "Macbeth", then you could use the COR function.
From the main menu bar, go to
Select the event whose rights you wish to copy by clicking on the event in the main Event Maintenance window.
Click on the COR tab.
Select the Sample user (the user whose rights you are copying) by clicking on the button at the right of the Sample User box.
Select the Event to which you wish to copy rights by clicking on the Select Event button.
Although the full list of events will be displayed, you can only copy rights to an event in the same auditorium with the same seating chart in use.
Click on the event to select, then hit the Select button.Select the Users to whom you wish to copy rights from the list Users(s) to whom the object rights will apply by checking the required user names.
Click the button with the green tick to complete. If this button is greyed out, try reselecting the Sample user or Destination object.
A pop up box will appear stating how many records (seats or sections etc) have been copied.
Continue this same procedure to copy rights to other events as required.
