Ticket Transactions
Return Printed Consigned Tickets
A reseller can return printed consigned tickets for resale.
From the main menu bar, select
Scan or type the barcode of the ticket in the Barcode field.
After entering any barcode by hand, hit Enter on the keyboard.
Repeat this for each ticket.
The ticket(s) will be added to the upper window and the information relating to the ticket(s) will be displayed.
To remove an item from the list, select the ticket in the upper window and click on the Cancel button or the Cancel all button to remove every item.
Check the Detailed receipt box if you wish the printout to show individual seat/row numbers of tickets returned.
Click on the Accept button to complete the transaction. The seat(s) will be released and available for sale again.
