Season Ticket Transactions
Return Printed Consigned Season Ticket
Return printed and consigned season tickets from a reseller who wishes to return tickets to the system for resale.
From the main menu bar, select
Enter the barcode of the season ticket in the Season ticket barcode field (scan or type in the barcode then hit Enter).
The season ticket that corresponds to the barcode will appear in the Select Window.
OR
Select the Reseller name in the drop down list. The season tickets consigned and printed for the selected reseller will appear in the Select Window.
Select the season ticket(s) and click on the Refund button.
The selected season ticket(s) will be added to the upper window.
To remove a season ticket from the list, click on the Cancel button.
To remove every item from the window, click on the Cancel all button.
Check the Detailed receipt box to print 2 copies of a detailed receipt in sheet format along with the tickets.
An example of the Detailed Receipt is shown below.
Click on the Accept button to release the selected seats.
