Information
Information about specific Venues / Auditoriums / Programs which has been previously entered into the database can be viewed from the tab. The purpose is basically to enable ticket sellers to quickly provide relevant information to customers making phone bookings for events.
From the main menu bar, select Browser, then click on the Information tab.
To enter information in the respective fields, go to:
e to enter information on your venues
Maintenance > Auditorium to enter information on your auditoriums
Maintenance > Programs to enter information on your programs
