Unlimited Users & Outlets

InterTicket lets you set up as many users or outlets as you wish, in any location… box office, home or remote. Each will be connected to the same database in real time to share information and process orders.

Each user will have their own user name and password. For each user, you can:

• Grant access permissions to specific menu items or sections of the program
• Restrict each user's ability to sell tickets to selected venues, programs or events
• Assign Master users
• Add, modify or remove users
• Set personal settings for each user
• Set commissions payable to users
• Assign users to specific groups – management, box office, accounts etc.

In addition, InterTicket has been specifically designed to handle ticket sales via ticket agents or other third party resellers. Any number of third party ticket sellers can be set up with the ability to easily track and reconcile all commissions or margins payable to resellers. Resellers can also be given limited access to the program to sell tickets to specific events, accept credit card payments and print tickets from their own computer.
