Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for events listed on this website unless specifically stated to the contrary on the final checkout and payment page.

In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of a request for refund. Booking Fees and/or transaction fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for checking the minimum age for entry to any event for which tickets are purchased on this site. No refunds will be granted to patrons who are denied entry to a ticketed event due to failure to provide valid identification or do not meet the age requirements for an age restricted performance.

The event organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary the advertised program, seating arrangements and audience capacity and deny admission with reasonable cause.


Ticket Delivery Methods

Box Office Exchange Vouchers

If you have opted for Box Office Exchange Voucher, immediately after your purchase has been confirmed, you will be send by email containing a unique voucher number. You must present this email together with the voucher number at the venue no later than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled event and be prepared to show a picture ID if requested in order to exchange the voucher for actual tickets.

No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry. If you are purchasing tickets for other people they will need to arrive with you.

No refunds will be processed for any unredeemed vouchers.

Posted Tickets

If you have opted for your tickets to be mailed, the tickets will be sent via Australia Post standard delivery service. Mail out tickets cannot be ordered for events scheduled within 7 days of online purchase.

Print at Home Tickets

If you have opted for print at home ticket delivery, immediately after your purchase has been confirmed, you will be send by email with details of a link where you can print or download a PDF copy of your ticket(s). The PDF ticket holder must present the complete PDF ticket at the venue together with a picture ID if requested. Each PDF ticket contains a unique barcode that will allow only one entry.
