For customers purchasing tickets online, you ideally want them to experience a seamless experience as possible. You don't want to be shunting your customers off to web pages which look totally different from your own website, which contain a long list of events from different venue operators, or where the the fonts, text colors and background colors used in the ticket selection and purchase box clash with the formatting used on the rest of the page or your other web pages. Also you should expect that graphics, images and hyperlinks are consistently displayed on the ticketing page, just as they are on your other web pages.

With HandyTix, we create the ticketing and payment page to look exactly the same as any page you nominate on your web site - this template page just contains a short section of code for the ticket selection and payment process. Fonts, font sizes, colors, background colors, borders, padding and margins are controlled by a css. file so can be easily modified. The colors and text components of the flash based seating chart can also be modified as required.

All of the text used for the ticket selection and payment process is completely customizable, and can be displayed in any language. You can also offer customers a choice of languages whereby they simply click an icon with the language name or flag to switch from one language to another.

Additional text can be added either at the top or bottom of any page used in the ticket selection and check out process to give your customers more information about a specific page or action they need to take to complete the transaction. Mouse-over "hint" text is also completely customizable.
